Brüder Civil Compressors redefine the market.
CIVIL COMPRESSORS BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN CONSTRUCTION SITES
Our expanding range of civil compressors Australia has emerged from genuine market research and industry feedback. Moreover, we developed these compressors specifically in response to strong demand from civil construction and earthmoving sectors nationwide.
We adapted machines originally designed to excel in the world’s most challenging compressed air applications. Consequently, we’ve taken that highly successful foundation and optimised it for industrial and construction environments across Australia.
SAFETY-FOCUSED FEATURES FOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENTS
The civil machines in our range (identified by the “SP” prefix) incorporate purpose-built safety and compliance features. These additions address the unique demands of construction and infrastructure worksites.
HIGH-VISIBILITY SAFETY FEATURES
Fluorescent and reflective tape ensures maximum visibility on active construction sites during both day and night operations. Additionally, each unit includes a mounted fire extinguisher positioned in an accessible location for immediate emergency response.
HEAVY-DUTY TRAILER DESIGN FOR TOUGH TERRAIN
All civil compressors feature heavy-duty braked trailers specifically engineered for Australian construction conditions. Furthermore, these trailers include off-road wheels with a spare provided as standard equipment. Large-capacity springs and exceptional ground clearance enable safe transport across uneven terrain.
Wheel nut indicators deliver quick visual confirmation of proper nut tension. Therefore, operators can perform rapid safety checks before transport between job sites.
FLEXIBLE MOUNTING OPTIONS FOR DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS
The SP7000 chassis incorporates three integral foot pads designed for balanced load distribution when lifting from above. As a result, the compressor works best when fitted to either a skid or trailer configuration for optimal portability.
However, the skid mounting can be omitted for permanent installations. This flexibility allows mounting directly to truck trays, service trailers, or similar platforms when mobility is not required.

TRANSPORT AND DIMENSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Maximum transport speed reaches 110 km/h, enabling efficient movement between project sites. Total mass of 1450 kg with maximum axle loading of 1450 kg ensures stable towing characteristics. Overall dimensions measure 3170 mm length, 1860 mm width, and 1850 mm height (including lift eye and exhaust).
TRAILER COMPONENTS AND FEATURES
R15 wheels fitted with 235/75/15 L/T tyres provide excellent all-terrain capability. Off-road leaf spring suspension absorbs impacts on rough construction sites. Standard 50 mm ball coupling ensures compatibility with most tow vehicles.
Mechanical disc brakes deliver reliable stopping power for site safety. Tyre pressure specifications of 450 kPa (65 psi) optimise performance and durability. Importantly, the trailer design allows full road registration across Australian states and territories.
SP5000 TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS
The SP5000 model utilises a B100 air end configuration for consistent compressed air delivery. Nominal capacity reaches 5 cubic metres per minute at 7 bar nominal overpressure. Safety valve setting activates at 10 bar for equipment protection.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT AND COOLING SYSTEMS
Operating ambient temperature range spans -10°C to +50°C, accommodating diverse Australian climate conditions. Maximum outlet temperature reaches 110°C, while the oil injection cooling system maintains optimal performance. Compressor oil filling volume requires 7.2 litres for proper lubrication and cooling.
Maximum oil system temperature peaks at 110°C under full load. Oil system pressure reaches a maximum of 8.6 bar during operation. Two G3/4″ BSP outlet valves provide flexible connection options for pneumatic tools and equipment.
KUBOTA ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS
The SP5000 features a reliable Kubota 1505-T four-cylinder diesel engine. Load speed operates at 3000 rpm for maximum power output. Idle speed maintains 1500 rpm ± 50 for fuel efficiency and reduced wear.
FLUID CAPACITIES AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Engine oil capacity holds 6.7 litres for complete lubrication system filling. A generous 70-litre fuel tank enables extended operating periods without refuelling. Coolant system requires 4 litres for proper engine temperature management. The 12-volt 44Ah battery provides reliable starting power in all conditions.
