Product Description

The Brüder Vac is a fully pneumatic vacuum and transfer unit engineered to move large volumes of solid and liquid material using compressed air and venturi technology. With no electric motor or internal rotating components, it is purpose-built for rugged agricultural, industrial, and field environments where reliability, simplicity, and portability are essential.
At its core, the Brüder Vac uses a high-capacity venturi system to generate strong suction when supplied with compressed air. As air passes through the venturi assembly, it creates a vacuum that draws material into the collection vessel. This allows the unit to handle a wide range of materials including grain, seed, dust, chaff, sand, slurry, and other loose or flowable products. The absence of moving internal parts significantly reduces maintenance requirements and makes the unit well suited to harsh or dusty conditions.
Standard air consumption is approximately 225 CFM, making it compatible with high-capacity diesel compressors and larger mobile air systems. For operators working with slightly smaller compressors, alternative nozzles are available that allow the unit to be tuned to operate from approximately 176 CFM. Compressor size should be specified at the time of order to ensure correct configuration and optimal performance.
The Brüder Vac is particularly effective for agricultural clean-up tasks such as recovering spilled grain around silos, cleaning out storage sheds, clearing auger residues, and reclaiming valuable product from hard-to-reach areas. It is equally suitable for industrial clean-up operations, bulk material handling, and general site recovery where conventional electric vacuums are impractical or insufficient in capacity.
Because the system is entirely air-powered, it can be deployed in remote locations without reliance on electrical supply. This makes it ideal for farm properties, construction sites, and mobile service operations. Its straightforward operating principle also allows for fast setup and consistent performance without complex priming or adjustment procedures.
Operators must be aware that high-velocity air movement can generate static electricity, particularly when transferring dry or combustible materials such as grain dust or fine powders. Proper grounding procedures must always be followed. This includes the use of anti-static hoses, grounding straps or tapes, and appropriate bonding to prevent static discharge. When used correctly and with proper precautions, the Brüder Vac provides a safe and efficient material transfer solution.
In practical use, the Brüder Vac offers a powerful alternative to traditional electric or mechanical vacuum systems. It combines strong suction capability, high throughput, and mechanical simplicity in a durable package suited to demanding environments. Whether used for agricultural clean-up, industrial recovery, or general bulk material movement, it provides a dependable and serviceable pneumatic solution for operators requiring high-capacity vacuum performance without electrical complexity.

Reviews from the field

What owners and operators tell us, in their words.

The boys have been using the Lube Cube a fair bit servicing earthmoving gear in remote areas, and it's been really good. It's a handy size for most of what we do — we're happy with it.
Luke Cairns, QLD
Been really happy with you guys and the way you’re always available to help out for any little thing that comes up.
Sandra Griffith, NSW
Products are pretty hard to beat. Good quality, well made, heavy duty. Can’t complain about the service, either.
Luke Emerald, QLD
The mega blaster lance has saved me so much time blowing the machines down - proper good one!
Phil Esperance, WA
So good to see a company that actually cares about improving their products, and listens to their customers!
Matty Newcastle, NSW
If you need anyone who enquires to look at ours, just point them in this direction. And we will happily give them a look around the machine.
Neville Eyre Peninsula, SA
We’ve been buying Bruder compressors for years. None of our customers have had a warranty claim declined by them. Real decent people.
Graeme Horsham, VIC
Your service department are on the ball, know the equipment and how to keep it running. Well done!
