From Frustration to Innovation

How Bruder Develops Better Products

Built with purpose, not for catalogues

At Bruder, our approach to product development is rooted in purpose. We do not chase trends or bring products to market for the sake of filling out a catalogue. Instead, we listen to our customers, identify their frustrations, and apply disciplined engineering to create equipment that performs better in the real world. Every product we sell exists for a reason.

A 12-step pathway driven by customer input

Our 12-step product development pathway forms the backbone of everything we build. It starts with real market research and extensive customer interaction. We seek out practical insights from the people using this equipment day in, day out. Their feedback - what works, what fails, and what could be better-guides our direction. This is not a box-ticking exercise. It is a deliberate and focused effort to understand what people truly need in the field.

The AG176: Born from the realities of agriculture

The AG176 compressor is a clear example of our philosophy in action. Farmers told us what they were sick of: machines designed for workshops but sent into the paddock, unreliable under load, and prone to failure in hot, dusty conditions. We listened. The AG176 was developed from the ground up to handle agricultural demands - no repurposing, no shortcuts, just a compressor built to work flat-out, all harvest long.

Lube Cube: Turning frustration into field-ready design

The Lube Cube followed the same process. It answers a widespread pain point in field servicing - oil changes that are slow, messy, and hard to manage. We designed a system that makes it faster to deploy, easier to use, and cleaner to pack down. Built around the practical use of 205-litre drums, it reduces downtime without compromising on quality or usability.

A filter cleaner shaped by real-world testing

Our upcoming filter cleaner is also shaped by this hands-on, feedback-led development. Prototypes are already in the field, in the hands of the operators who need them most. Their input is feeding directly back into design refinements, ensuring the final product is practical, efficient, and worth owning.

Refining every detail before it reaches you

Our process does not stop at the first successful test. We cycle every new product back through the last stages of our development pipeline-supply chain, production, and marketing-to ensure we have the right fit, finish, and function. Our internal beta programs give customers meaningful influence over the final product, and we only proceed to launch if the entire team is confident it meets our standards.

A curated range, not a crowded one

We are proud to offer a tightly curated range of products. If something does not meet our standard, it does not go to market - simple as that. Our customers don’t need dozens of choices. They need one option that is tested, refined, and proven to work.

This is what POWER FULL means

This is how we define power full. It is more than just output. It means every product is full of thought, full of engineering integrity, and full of purpose. Our customers are not just buying equipment. They are investing in tools designed to solve real problems and stand up to real-world demands.
