LUBE CUBE

This is a standard LUBE CUBE with the optional grease kit, that we use for our own field service.

The LUBE CUBE has been developed in response to a need for a self-contained field service unit that doesn’t need to have new oils pumped into it. Instead, oil drums are strapped onto the rear platform, a pump is inserted and the new oil is good to go. Quick-connect fittings make changeover of the drums as simple and clean as possible. New oils are delivered via 15m spring-retract hose reels with digital metered nozzles.

Waste oil is evacuated from your sump or drain pan using the 3/4″ hose reel, through a diaphragm pump to fill the built-in tank below. At your workshop, pull the same hose reel to your shuttle or bulk waste storage, throw the 4-way valve handle and use the same pump to empty the LUBE CUBE. We have also developed a tank bypass valve for when servicing in your workshop; waste oil is then able to transfer directly from your sump or drain pan, to your storage without going through the LUBE CUBE tank.

All the pumps on the LUBE CUBE are compressed air powered, so all you need to get working is a compressed air connection. Batteries for the metered oil nozzles are included.

While each LUBE CUBE is custom built to order, there are standard platforms that are similar for each build. Features of the standard LUBE CUBE include;

The double LUBE CUBE is designed with a footprint of 1170x1020mm to fit comfortably between the wheel arches of many Australian ute tubs. Forklift pockets on all sides add versatility.
