A heavy-duty diesel driven rotary screw air compressor that has been originally designed around the needs of Australian agriculture for the purpose of machinery blowdown - where superior cooling, resilience, reliability, ease-of-use, and a robust service/spares network are paramount. With huge success in the agriculture space, we have taken the machine and made it available for other industries for whom the same features are beneficial. 
Mounted to a heavy-duty braked trailer with off road wheels and high ground clearance, the SP5000 is great for road and civil construction, mining*, equipment hire, and small blasting/surface treatment operations. 

*Since mine-spec requirements vary, these options can be quoted separately as required.

The Guardair Material Mover® portable is a compressed air-powered, in-line vacuum system designed to fluidly transport materials from point A to point B. This system has a lightweight 2½" diameter throat for easy handling even in the most challenging conditions. The Material Mover vac can be used in various field applications including, but not limited to moving seed, grains, corn, beans, plastic pellets, or other dry materials. Additionally, it can be utilised for cleaning out agricultural equipment such as combines and seeders, or transferring material into silos or storage ins.

The Mover is efficient at reducing waste and limiting damage to transported materials. And since it has no moving components or a motor, operators don’t need to worry about parts burning out with continuous use. There are currently 2 versions available on the market – a 4 Nozzle (83 cfm) designed for a 100 cfm in-plant, compressor, and 8 Nozzle (165 cfm) designed for a 185 cfm tow-behind compressor. Depending on the nature of your operations, you can get both versions in standard or static (electricity) conductive configurations.
