This service and rebuild kit is designed for the Force 5 blowgun range and exists to support long-term ownership of a tool that is intended to be maintained, not discarded. While Force 5 blowguns are extremely robust and rarely require internal servicing, this kit provides a complete solution should wear, accidental damage, misuse, or poor air quality eventually take a toll on internal components.

The kit includes the main plunging shaft, primary and secondary springs, all internal seals, and the top cover. These are the components most likely to be affected over very long service life or when the blowgun has been exposed to contaminated air. In particular, excessive oil carryover from compressors can gradually degrade seals over time, especially when incorrect or highly concentrated oils are present in the air stream. Having a dedicated rebuild kit allows the blowgun to be restored to proper operating condition rather than replaced.

Unlike some simpler air guns, the Force 5 uses internal spring tension as part of its safety and performance design. For this reason, the kit is supplied with clear assembly instructions. When disassembled incorrectly, the internal components can release under spring tension and separate unpredictably, making reassembly difficult without guidance. The included instructions ensure the blowgun can be safely and correctly rebuilt, even if it has already come apart.

This rebuild kit is not a routine consumable and is rarely required, but its availability is an important indicator of the Force 5’s design philosophy.
