The 140mm filter cleaner head is the standard head supplied with the Brüder Filter Cleaner and is designed to service the widest range of common air filters used on diesel-powered machinery. Covering the most typical filter diameters found on heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, generators, and commercial diesel engines, it offers the ideal balance of coverage and versatility for everyday maintenance.

This 140mm head is also available as a direct replacement for customers who have inadvertently damaged their original through impact, crushing, or general workshop accidents. Rather than replacing the entire unit, operators can simply fit a new head and return their filter cleaner to full working order.

Machined from tough, UV-resistant engineering plastic, the 140mm head is engineered for durability in demanding workshop and field environments. Its wide, continuous round external surface spins smoothly inside the filter, unlike pronged designs that can snag or tear pleats. This smooth profile helps protect the internal structure of reusable diesel air filters, reducing the risk of costly damage during cleaning.

An integrated offset weight generates controlled vibration while in operation. As compressed air is directed from the inside out within the safe 30 PSI limit, the vibration assists in loosening compacted dust and debris embedded deep within the pleats.
