Four-Stage Filtration for Industrial Air Quality Control
The filter bank is configured as a true four-stage inline filtration system, delivering progressive removal of contaminants to protect downstream equipment and personnel.
Stage one is a cyclonic water separator with no internal element, using centrifugal force to remove bulk water and heavy condensate without restriction or consumable parts.
Stage two provides 1 micron particulate filtration, capturing fine solid contaminants and rust particles commonly found in compressed air systems.
Stage three is a 0.01 micron coalescing filter designed for high-efficiency oil aerosol removal, protecting sensitive equipment and processes from oil carryover.
Stage four is an activated carbon filter rated to 0.01 micron, removing oil vapours, odours, and trace hydrocarbons for applications requiring higher air purity.

This outlet feeds a regulated 1/4 inch port, ideal for smaller filtered-air demands such as breathing air support units, control air, or instrumentation. For hire companies, the unit is supplied as a complete filter bank with empty housings as standard.
