Designed for Continuous High-Output Blasting
With a 200-litre abrasive capacity, this blast kit provides an impressive continuous blast time of approximately 80 minutes, dramatically reducing downtime caused by refilling. This makes it ideal for large surface areas, in-situ blasting, and production environments where stopping work impacts efficiency.
The pressure vessel is fabricated from heavy-gauge steel and manufactured to PED and CE standards, ensuring safety, structural integrity, and long service life under sustained pressure and abrasive flow.
A concave top with an automatic heavy-duty pop-up valve allows fast, secure filling, while the conical base ensures complete and consistent abrasive flow to the metering valve, minimising waste and maintaining a stable blast profile.
Precision Control and Operator Safety
The SP520007 is equipped with a pneumatic remote control system, allowing full activation and shutdown at the nozzle end. This dead-man style control improves safety, reduces unnecessary abrasive usage, and enhances overall blasting efficiency.
A Fina II abrasive control valve enables precise regulation of media flow, allowing the operator to fine-tune output depending on abrasive type, surface condition, and required finish. Integrated seal-saver technology protects internal valve seals from abrasive ingress, extending component life and reducing maintenance intervals.
A built-in moisture/water separator helps remove moisture from incoming compressed air, preventing damp abrasive, clogging, and inconsistent blast performance.
