Description
This air distribution manifold and compressed air receiver is a robust, high-capacity solution designed for demanding industrial, construction, and mobile air supply applications where safety, durability, and efficient air management are critical. With a certified pressure vessel built to AS1210 standards, it provides confidence in compliance, structural integrity, and long-term reliability in regulated environments.
The unit offers a 50-litre air capacity while maintaining a manageable total weight of 35 kg, making it suitable for both fixed installations and transportable setups. It functions as both a compressed air receiver and a multi-outlet distribution hub, allowing a single air source to be efficiently divided across multiple tools, machines, or work zones without compromising flow stability. This makes it especially useful on job sites where several operators require simultaneous access to compressed air.
Finished in a durable powder coat in Dulux Golden Yellow, the vessel is well protected against corrosion, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions. Four integrated rubber isolating mounts help minimise vibration transfer, reduce noise, and protect both the vessel and supporting structures during operation. These features make it suitable for mounting on vehicles, trailers, skid frames, or workshop floors.
For monitoring and safety, the system is equipped with a ¼” pressure gauge for clear, at-a-glance pressure readings, along with a ½” safety valve to protect against over-pressurisation. The primary air inlet is a 50 mm (2”) connection, paired with a 50 mm (2”) AGA ball valve for reliable isolation and flow control. A 50 mm Minsup A claw coupling with safety clip ensures secure, high-flow connection to the air supply, supporting rapid setup and disconnection.
Downstream distribution is handled through six individual 19 mm (¾”) outlets, each fitted with its own AGA ball valve. This allows precise control over each air line, enabling operators to isolate tools or sections without shutting down the entire system. Each outlet is completed with a 19 mm Minsup A claw coupling and safety clip, providing consistent, secure connections across all outputs.
This configuration makes the manifold ideal for applications such as pneumatic tooling, sandblasting, mining and quarry operations, plant maintenance, and mobile service units. When integrated into a Brüder THE POWER FULL AIR system, it becomes a central component that enhances airflow efficiency, operational safety, and productivity across multiple air-powered tasks.
Specifications include a 50-litre vessel capacity, AS1210 pressure vessel certification, 35 kg total weight, powder-coated steel construction, one 2” inlet with isolation valve, six ¾” valved outlets, integrated pressure monitoring, and certified safety relief. The result is a dependable, high-performance air receiver and distribution manifold engineered for serious work environments where reliability and control matter most.
